Refund Policy

Mate Music Entertainment wants you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to all one-time products and recurring subscriptions (including the "Fan Membership") sold through our store.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge you may also request a refund of that charge under the guarantee above.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to manage your order, or
• Email us at info@matemusic.co.za with your order number and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically complete within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.
